In the Fast Casual Dining Segment, the challenge to innovate and offer new menu items is a critical aspect of sustaining customer loyalty and increasing sales.  When a National Fast Casual Dining Restaurant Operator decided to launch a new line of menu items they needed to add a crisping and cheese melting capacity to their kitchen.  The project required a new counter position and electrical connection to an isolated 220 VAC receptacle.

Plan

Consult with Customer to develop a fast track deployment plan.

Coordinate oven delivery with manufacturer for just in time delivery.

Develop a communication plan for project rollout.

Build

Furnish Material and Staging: Source One kitted all electrical materials for installation of an isolated 220 VAC circuit, receptacle and conduit, for just in time delivery to each store.

Installation: TEAMs were assigned geographically to stores for electrical work and commissioning of oven.

Installation was performed after store closing.  Conduit was installed and 220 service was established to oven location.

Operate

Oven was set, connected and tested.

Project and photo documentation recorded and project reports sent to customer.

Review work with Facility Managers for final acceptance.
